I'm happy to convert your existing site to WordPress or design and code you a brand new one.
Otherwise, I can prepare everything you need to hand off your design to a coder.
Do you provide a maintenance plan for completed websites?
If you need to keep your website secure and up-to-date without headaches, you can downgrade your subscription to my unlimited peace-of-mind plan.
For $297/m you'll receive a fast hosting for your website and weekly updates. Plus, you can add unlimited requests for maintenance, security, or content updates.
How do I submit requests?
Clients request designs through their Trello design board.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
None, feel free to add as many requests as you'd like. You can prioritize them, so that I'll work on the most pressing one first.
How fast will I receive my deliverables?
Most requests are completed within 2-3 business days. More complex task will be broken up and delivered in parts.
What if I don't like a design or output?
No problem, I'll keep revising everything until you're completely satisfied.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the service?
As I strive to provide quality work, I do not offer refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I really pause anytime?
Yes. If you completed all your current requests, you can simply pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional needs.
